Player Journey
What a new player needs to know, in the order they experience the game.
1. Get to the lobby
Sign in, open the lobby, and either create a room or join one with open seats. You can always create a new room or join an existing room anytime.
2. Start with the seven of spades
The player holding 7 of spades begins. That card is placed automatically to open the table.
3. Build outward from each 7
Every suit forms its own lane. Once a 7 is on the table, that lane can grow downward toward Ace and upward toward King.
4. Pass only when you must
If none of your cards can legally extend any lane, you pass and wait for the table to change.
5. Empty your hand first
The round ends the moment a player gets rid of all their cards.
Core Rules
The short version you can keep in mind during live play.
- Each suit has its own lane: hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades.
- A lane opens only when its 7 is played.
- After that, cards in the same suit must extend the lane by exactly one rank.
- You may only pass when you have no legal card to play.
- The first player to empty their hand wins.
Examples
Quick mental checks that help during your turn.
- If 7 hearts is on the table, you can play 6 hearts or 8 hearts.
- If a lane shows 5 through 9 of clubs, the next club must be 4 or 10.
- You cannot start a new suit with any card other than a 7.
Inside The App
How the main screens map to your flow.
- Home: sign in and enter the game.
- Lobby: create a room, join an existing room, or rejoin a game you were already in.
- Room: choose room size and optional bots, set stake, then wait for everyone to join.
- Game board: play legal cards only; pass is allowed only when no move exists.
- Post-match: see winner results, coin updates, and progression.
Coins & Stakes
How the in-game economy works before, during, and after a match.
- New players start with 100 coins on onboarding.
- You need at least 10 available coins to create a room or join a staked match.
- Every room has a stake per player, chosen when the room is created.
- When you join a room, that stake is reserved from your available coins until the match ends.
- If a human player wins, they earn the losing human stakes plus 10 coins for each bot in the room.
- If a bot wins, human players lose their reserved stake and the bot does not receive a wallet payout.
- If a game is abandoned, reserved coins are released and no one wins or loses coins.
- Completed games also grant XP: wins give more XP than losses.
- Android players may get a post-match rewarded-video option for +5 bonus coins when the video completes.
Helpful Tips
Small strategic habits that make the first few games smoother.
- Keep an eye on blocked suits. A single card can prevent other players from opening up their hands.
- Low cards and high cards are equally valuable. Saving both ends gives you more options later.
- Room size includes bots. Example: 4 seats with 2 bots means 2 human players.
Quick Reminder
The shortest possible summary before you jump back in.
- Open or join a room from the lobby.
- Play only legal cards that extend an active suit lane.
- Pass only when no legal move exists.
- First player to empty their hand wins the round.
- Winning also pays out the room stake and XP rewards.
